Coming into force of the Regulation to amend the Regulation of the Court of Québec
The Regulation to amend the Regulation of the Court of Québec came into effect today. The amendments are intended, among other things, to bind the terminology of certain provisions with the Code of Civil Procedure and other acts, in addition to contain a few adjustments facilitating their understanding.
